The Polyform G4 is a ribbed utility fender in white, 6.5 inches in diameter and 22 inches long. It is part of the G Series, which Polyform builds with molded-in ribs and a reinforced ropehold area. The G4 is one of the larger G sizes and carries an inflation valve, so you can set how firm it is. The eye is 3/4 inch across. Polyform inflates and tests each fender at the factory and claims even wall thickness without thin spots or voids.
Our take
The inflation valve on the G4 is the useful part: you can run it firmer or softer to suit the dock or the neighbouring hull. At 6.5 by 22 inches with a reinforced ropehold, it is a utility fender, not a premium one.
