There are no accounts here, so there is very little to say.
Effective September 13, 2026
We don't ask who you are. There is no sign-up, no login, and no password. We never see a payment detail because we have no checkout.
Your boat details stay in your own browser. We record anonymous usage so we know which parts to add next. That's the whole picture.
Your boat's year, make and model are saved in your browser's local storage. They are not transmitted to us or stored on our servers. They stay on that one device, and clearing your site data removes them.
When you filter the catalog by boat, those details appear in the page URL so results are shareable — which also means they reach our servers as part of the request, like any other search term.
We keep anonymous records of how the catalog is used:
These are not tied to a person. There is no account to attach them to, and we don't build profiles or attempt to identify visitors across visits.
Links to retailers carry an affiliate tag so the retailer knows the visit came from us. The retailer will typically set their own cookies and apply their own privacy policy from that point.
What you then browse or buy on their site is between you and them. We receive commission reports, not your order details or personal information.
The site runs on hosting and database infrastructure operated by third parties, and we use error monitoring to find faults. These providers process technical request data such as IP addresses on our behalf in order to run the service.
This site isn't directed at children and we don't knowingly collect information from them.
Clear your site data to remove your saved boat. Use your browser's private mode to leave nothing behind at all — the site works fully without any stored data.
Because we hold nothing that identifies you, there is generally no personal data for us to retrieve or delete on request. If you think we hold something about you, ask and we'll look.
We'll update the effective date above if this policy changes. Questions, and any request to see or delete what we hold about you, go through the contact form, which reaches us without publishing an address for harvesters. Or see our affiliate disclosure.
