This is the Mustang MJ6214 high visibility flotation bomber jacket in size Large. It is rated USCG Type III and ANSI Class 2, and closed-cell foam gives it both flotation and insulation in the water. Neoprene wrist closures help in foul weather, the front pockets are fleece-lined, and an internal waist belt stops the jacket riding up. Reflective tape gives ANSI 107-2004 Class 3 compliance. The hood is a separate attachment.
