Our take
With 2 nautical miles of visibility on boats up to 65.6 ft (20m), this 36 inch all-round pole light comes with its 9-watt wedge-base lamp already supplied. It fits Attwood 2-pin bases, so confirm your base type first.
From our buying guide
The lights a boat must show depend on its length and how it's being driven. A sailboat under power is a power-driven vessel and shows power-driven lights.
Check before you buy:
- The label gives its visibility in nautical miles, and that range meets the minimum for your boat's length.
- The maker rates it for boats of your length.
- A replacement LED is certified with the fixture it's going into, since the Coast Guard warns that replacement lighting may not meet the rules.
