Compact glasses with reverse Porro prisms, 10x magnification and 26 mm objectives. The field of view is 294 feet at 1000 yards, close focus is 7.6 feet and eye relief is 16 mm. Nitrogen purging makes it fogproof and waterproof. One center wheel focuses both barrels together. The whole binocular weighs 12.7 ounces.

A 294 foot field of view at 1000 yards with 10x magnification covers a good stretch of water for scanning, and the 7.6 foot close focus lets you check things near the boat. Nitrogen purging keeps it fogproof as well as waterproof.
