The F13 is a white European style twin-eye fender from Polyform, 29 in in diameter and 76.5 in long, with buoyancy of 1320 lb. Its eyes measure 1.2 in across, the ropehold is solid rubber, and Polyform counts it among the strongest fenders it makes.
