A twin-eye fender that Polyform says can hang vertically or horizontally and designs for permanent unprotected moorings, pilings, locks and concrete walls. Polyform gives it as 8.2 x 30.0 in and 5.3 lb, with a 0.9 in eye, for 20 to 30 ft boats. It says to inflate to 2.1 lb (0.15 bar), no more than 2 PSI from a compressor, and to use the largest line the eye takes; its chart gives 3/8 in, doubled or looped. Polyform's cover for it is the EFC-03.
