The Jabsco Quiet Flush E2 is an electric marine toilet with a compact bowl. This version runs on 24V DC and flushes with fresh water. The bowl measures 14.0 inches high, 13.9 wide and 16.3 deep, and the toilet weighs 34.2 lb. A touch panel gives eco flush, full flush and empty functions, with eco mode using 1 litre per flush. The base turns left, right or to the rear, and a C-clip releases the pump assembly without tools. Recommended fuse size is 15A.
Our take
Eco mode runs on 1 litre (1 quart) per flush, so on this fresh water version the supply behind it is drawn down more slowly than with a full flush. The turning base also lets you point the discharge to suit the space.

A vessel with installed toilet facilities must have an operable marine sanitation device that is labeled or certified. EPA says untreated sewage may not be discharged within three miles from shore, and in a No Discharge Zone treated sewage may not be either.
Check before you buy:
- You have what it needs, since heads may call for 12-volt power, through-hulls and seacocks, or a separate vacuum source.
- It fits the compartment, since Jabsco says an electric toilet needs more space at the rear than a manual one.
- If it could sit below the waterline, you'll fit a vented loop as the maker specifies, since Jabsco warns the vent, not the loop, is what stops the siphon.
