This Quiet Flush E2 is the freshwater version: an electric marine toilet with a regular bowl on a 12V DC supply. It flushes from on-board fresh water through a solenoid valve with quick-connect fittings, and a double check valve is part of that supply. The touch panel gives eco flush, full flush and empty functions, with eco mode using 1 litre (1 quart) per flush. Size is 14.4"H x 14.8"W x 18.9" D, and a quick release system lets you pull the discharge pump and hose for servicing.
Our take
The solenoid valve makes this the version that flushes from the on-board freshwater supply, and the double check valve in that line is there to keep the potable side clean. Raw water is not what this model is set up for.

A vessel with installed toilet facilities must have an operable marine sanitation device that is labeled or certified. EPA says untreated sewage may not be discharged within three miles from shore, and in a No Discharge Zone treated sewage may not be either.
Check before you buy:
- You have what it needs, since heads may call for 12-volt power, through-hulls and seacocks, or a separate vacuum source.
- It fits the compartment, since Jabsco says an electric toilet needs more space at the rear than a manual one.
- If it could sit below the waterline, you'll fit a vented loop as the maker specifies, since Jabsco warns the vent, not the loop, is what stops the siphon.
