This is a Victron VE.Direct cable, 0,3m long, with a right-angle connector on one side only. It is a plain cable accessory, not a device in its own right. The VE.Direct cable comes in several lengths and in both straight and 90 degree angle versions, so this one is the 0,3m model with the angle on one end.
