This is Victron's short USB extension cable with a right-angle plug on one side, sold in a 0,3 m length. It is meant for setups where a cable's own plug sticks out too far. Victron makes it for the wall mount box that holds a Color Control GX, where some of its other USB cables have plugs too long to fit inside.
