The SmartSolar MPPT 250/85-MC4 VE.Can is a Victron solar charge controller rated for 85 A of charge current, with a 250 V maximum open circuit PV voltage. Battery voltage auto selects between 12, 24 and 48 V, and nominal PV power at 48 V is 4,900 W. Peak efficiency is 99 %. PV connections are two pairs of MC4 connectors. Up to 25 units can synchronise over VE.Can. The connection area is rated IP22 and the electronics IP43.
