The SmartSolar MPPT 100/15 is a compact single-tracker solar charge controller from Victron Energy for 12V and 24V battery banks. It is rated for a 15 A charge current and accepts panels up to 100 V open circuit, with nominal panel power of 220 W at 12V and 440 W at 24V. It also has a load output good for 15 A continuous at 12V, with automatic load disconnect among its protections. Bluetooth is built in, a VE.Direct port is fitted, and the unit weighs 0.6 kg.

The load output, good for 15 A continuous at 12V and protected by automatic load disconnect, gives this small controller a job beyond charging. Its 220 W nominal panel power at 12V is modest, so it covers a small array rather than a large one.
