The Skylla-IP65 12/70 (1+1) is a waterproof 12 V charger from Victron, rated IP65, running from AC between 90 and 265 V. It gives 70 A to the house battery and 3 A to a starter battery output. Charging follows an adaptive 7-stage algorithm, and a battery temperature sensor is included. Several units can run in synchronised parallel over VE.Can.
Our take
With 70 A for the house bank and only 3 A for the starter output, this Skylla-IP65 puts nearly all of its capacity into one battery. The IP65 rating is described by the maker as suitable for marine use.

NMMA says charging sources must meet the charging profile the battery maker recommends. A charger's presets are its own maker's, not the battery's, so set it from the battery maker's figures.
