This is Victron's RJ12 UTP cable in the 15 m length. It joins the shunt of a BMV battery monitor to its head unit, and Victron sells it in many lengths. A cable of this type ships with a BMV monitor as standard. When that one is the wrong length for the install, a replacement can be picked from the range, which runs from 0.3 up to 30 meters.
