This is the Victron Orion-Tr Smart 24/48-8,5A (400W), an isolated DC-DC charger that charges in three adaptive stages: bulk, absorption and float. It is meant for dual battery systems where the starter battery and its alternator charge a service battery, as on a boat. It has built-in Bluetooth for monitoring and setup, and the isolation lets the input and output keep separate chassis grounds.
