The MPPT WireBox-XL Tr is a cover for the DC terminals of a Victron MPPT solar charger, here in the VE.Can version for the 150-85/100 and 250-85/100 models. It keeps accidental or curious contact away from the terminal screws. Victron describes it as adding an extra level of safety. It is particularly useful when the charger is installed somewhere people can get at it, a general access area, because the terminal screws are no longer exposed.
