The Interface MK3-USB-C links a computer to Victron VE.Bus equipment through a USB-C connection. It is the tool for changing settings and loading firmware updates. Victron lists the Multi, MultiGrid, MultiPlus, MultiPlus-II and Quattro among the products it works with, along with the VE.Bus BMS V2 and inverters that have a VE.Bus port. Inverter/Charger settings in ECOmulti, EasySolar and EasyPlus are covered too.
Our take
The MK3-USB-C ties a computer, via USB-C, to the VE.Bus port on a MultiPlus, Quattro or similar unit, which is where configuration and firmware updates happen. Victron lists the VE.Bus BMS V2 among the supported devices too.
