The Filax 2 Transfer Switch is a Victron automatic switch that moves a load between a priority AC source and an alternate source, rated 16 A for 230V/50Hz-240V/60Hz supplies. Its maximum load transfer time is 16 ms. It is built for sensitive loads such as computers and entertainment gear, and is not meant for high power household equipment. The case is IP65 and the connections are screw terminals. Switching back to the priority source waits 30 s.
