The Victron VM-3P75CT is an AC energy meter rated for 75 A. It reads through included current transformers on 640 mm leads and reports over an Ethernet port using Modbus UDP, plus VE.Can. It accepts 85 to 265 V line to neutral, refreshes every 100 ms, and has an IP20 enclosure. Operating range is -10 to 55 °C, and it is rated for indoor use only.
Our take
Rated indoor only with an IP20 enclosure, this meter needs a dry spot inside the boat, not a bilge or deck locker. Its 100 ms refresh and included current transformers on 640 mm leads mean the CT wires have to reach the meter from the cables being measured.
