This is the protection cover for the Victron GX Touch 50 display. Its job is to stop UV light from damaging the screen when it sits in the sun for long periods. A matching cover is listed for the GX Touch 70. It is an accessory, not a display itself, so it only makes sense alongside one of those touchscreens.
