The Busbar 600A 8P is a Victron busbar for high current DC distribution, supplied with an ABS cover. It is rated for 600 A at up to 70 V DC. The bar is tin plated copper, measuring 19mm x 24mm. The terminals are stainless steel, and the base carries a UL 94 V-0 fire rating. It is the 8P version of the maker's busbar range.
Our take
The 600 A rating on a 19mm x 24mm tin plated copper bar sets the ceiling for everything wired to it. The combined load on everything connected has to stay under that figure, and the 70 V DC limit bounds the system voltage.
