The Victron BlueSolar PWM-LCD&USB 12/24V-30A is a PWM solar charge controller rated for 30 A of charge current. It detects 12 V or 24 V batteries automatically and has two 5 V USB outputs, each supplying 2 A. The load terminals can be run by hand, on a timer, or cut off when battery voltage drops. Panel voltage tops out at 28 V or 55 V depending on system voltage. The case is IP20 and there is no temperature compensation.

With an IP20 enclosure and temperature compensation listed as No, charging does not adjust for battery temperature and the case should be kept out of the weather. The 30 A charge rating is the other number that sets what it can handle.
