The Victron Blue Smart IP65 is a 5 amp, 12 volt DC battery charger with a seven step charging routine. It has a low current recovery mode for deeply discharged batteries and is rated for cold weather performance down to -30°C. The housing is water, dust and chemical resistant. Bluetooth is built in, so voltage and current can be read out on a phone or laptop. Crocodile clips and M8 eyelets are supplied for connecting to the battery, and the charger can also act as a DC power supply.

Built-in Bluetooth means the charger's voltage and current can be read on a phone, and all settings can be set in the VictronConnect app. The IP65 housing is resistant to water, dust and chemicals, which matters for a charger living near a battery.
