The Victron Blue Smart IP65 is a 12V battery charger rated at 10A from a 120V AC supply. It uses a seven-step charging routine and has a Li-ion mode, and it will try to bring back a deeply discharged battery by feeding it a low current first. Bluetooth is built in, so you can read charger and battery status and change settings through the VictronConnect app. It is water, dust and chemical resistant, and it can also run as a DC power supply with or without a battery connected.
