The Blue Smart IP65 Charger 12/7 is a 12 V battery charger with a 7 A normal-mode output and a 2 A low mode. It runs an adaptive 7-stage charge algorithm and is lithium compatible. The case is rated IP65, the input takes 100 to 130 VAC, and the AC lead is 1.8 m (6 ft) long with a US NEMA 5-15 plug. Output is fully rated up to 30 °C.

The 7 A output is fully rated only up to 30 °C, so a warm locker is the thing to plan around. With an IP65 rating and lithium compatibility, it is built for a damp spot and works with lithium as well as the standard charge profile.
