This is a Victron Blue Smart IP22 charger for 12 V batteries, with a 15 A nominal charge current and 3 charge outputs. It has built-in Bluetooth for setup and monitoring, uses an adaptive 6-stage algorithm, and is lithium compatible. It can also act as a power supply. Its case is rated IP22. A battery temperature sensor is optional, using the Smart Battery Sense.
Our take
Three charge outputs at 15 A nominal mean one charger can serve several batteries, but the IP22 rating says it wants a sheltered, dry mounting spot. The temperature sensor is optional, so temperature compensation needs a Smart Battery Sense added.

NMMA says charging sources must meet the charging profile the battery maker recommends. A charger's presets are its own maker's, not the battery's, so set it from the battery maker's figures.
