This is a Taylor Made Premium Removable Chafe Guard, part BCG150.48, for lines 1-1/2 to 2 in thick and 48 in long. It is made from 1050 denier ballistic nylon. It goes where a fender or dock line would otherwise rub on paint or gelcoat, and it comes off again because it is removable. Check the line diameter first, because this one covers only the larger 1-1/2 to 2 in size.
