The Raymarine Axiom 2 Pro 9 RVM is a 9 inch chartplotter that combines touchscreen and keypad control. It runs the LightHouse operating system, includes LightHouse charts for North America, and has a built-in fishfinder with a 600 Watts RMS RealVision MAX channel. A second sonar port carries a 1kW RMS traditional dual channel CHIRP. For connections it has 2 RayNet Ethernet ports, an NMEA 2000 DeviceNet connector and multiband Wi-Fi. A nano-coating on the screen repels water so touch control stays reliable.
Our take
The RealVision MAX channel is rated at 600 Watts RMS, and a separate 1kW RMS CHIRP port sits alongside it. Because the frequency range of that 1kW port is transducer dependent, what you see from it follows the transducer you choose and fit.
