The Perko 493 Series strainer in the 3/4" pipe size measures 8-3/8" x 4-1/2". It has a 304 stainless steel basket, screen holes of 0.077" and 46% open area, and a cast bronze cover. Universal mounting lugs are cast into both sides. Hinged lugs on the cover make basket cleaning easy, and a drain plug in the bottom casting clears sediment and drains the unit for winterizing.
