The NOCO GENPRO10X1 is a one-bank on-board charger rated at 10 amps for 12-volt batteries. Selectable modes cover standard 12V, 12V AGM, 12V lithium and a repair mode, so it can be set to match the battery on that bank. It is sealed to IP68, measures 5.7 x 4.8 x 2.8 inches and weighs 4 lbs. An integrated thermal sensor adjusts the charge to ambient temperature, and it can recover batteries down to 1 volt, with a force mode for fully flat ones.
Our take
The IP68 sealing means this charger can live in a wet locker or bilge-side spot rather than needing a dry corner. With a single 10A bank it serves one battery bank, so a boat with separate house and start banks needs more outputs or a second unit.

NMMA says charging sources must meet the charging profile the battery maker recommends. A charger's presets are its own maker's, not the battery's, so set it from the battery maker's figures.
Check before you buy:
- It can follow your battery's profile, since not every charger can follow a lithium maker's.
- Its output suits your bank. ProMariner recommends about 10 percent of the batteries' total amp-hour capacity, with one charger output for each battery.
- It suits how you'll use it, since ProMariner says its waterproof chargers are for batteries not in use while charging.
