A compact 12 volt electric horn with a white ASA plastic cover. The sound unit is sealed and uses a stainless steel diaphragm. It is rated at 106 dB(A) at one meter, with a fundamental frequency of 440 Hz plus or minus 20. Maximum draw is 3 amps. The body measures 4.375 x 3.375 x 2 in., and it mounts in the same hole pattern as the Marinco 10035 horn.

A boat of 12 m or more must have a whistle, and one of 20 m or more a bell as well. Under 12 m it need not carry them, but must have some other means of making an efficient sound signal.
