The Icom IC-M330 is a fixed-mount marine VHF in white, built smaller than the M324 series while keeping the same feature set. It puts out 25 watts, carries an IPX7 waterproof rating, and includes Icom's AquaQuake function for draining water from the speaker. This is the No GPS version, with built-in Class D DSC and a dedicated channel 70 receiver. Position for DSC comes from an external GPS or chartplotter over the NMEA interface. It also has scan functions, dual/tri-watch, and a weather channel with alerts. It runs on 13.8 V DC and measures 6.2 x 2.6 x 4.3 inches.
Our take
The M330's 6.2 x 2.6 x 4.3 inch body is the point: it fits where a larger fixed VHF won't, and still gives you 25 watts and Class D DSC. This version has no GPS of its own, so DSC needs position fed in over NMEA.
