The ACR SR203 is a GMDSS survival VHF radio that meets IMO requirements for carriage on SOLAS vessels. This 2827 version comes with the lithium survival battery, which has a 5-year replacement interval. It carries 21 maritime simplex channels, weather included, and tunes itself to Channel 16 once switched on. The survival battery runs 16 hours continuous at -20C.
